9/17, 10/1, 10/15, 10/29, 3:30-6:30 pm, ASSET Resources for Teachers, for all teachers, 4 sessions can be taken individually, choose a few, or take them all. Courses focus on the integration of technology in the classroom using ASSET (teacher online) resources.
8/30, 3-6 pm, Teacher Logic XE Fundamentals, for secondary teachers, goes over the basics of the online gradebook.
9/13 OR 9/27, 3-6 pm, Teacher Logic XE Tips and Tricks, for secondary teachers, is a more advanced training. Pick either date.
Social Studies
9/15, 8:30am-4pm, Unwrapping the Social Studies Standard (K-6). This is a Saturday workshop for primary teachers; it will demystify the newly articulated SS Standard, teaching how to prioritize, link, and cluster performance objectives.
Science
9/21, 9/22, 9/26, 10/10, various times, Water in Our World, preschool-3rd grade. Experiential science curriculum focused on water conservation, tied to standards, with hands-on activities, and a field trip.
9/20, 9am-4pm, Project WET, focus on 4th grade but open to all teachers, prep for the Water Festival which will be on Oct. 16 (pending approval for salary advancement)
